Elm Tree Properties, LLC isreal estate companies was established in 2018 to purchase, renovate, and rent out properties in the Columbus area.

Purpose:

Our purpose is to provide beautiful, safe, and affordable housing to our tenants.  We rent our units to tenants committed to maintaining our high standards.  We are committed to meeting our tenants' needs, and have trusted contractors in the area always available to attend to service calls.
